The Chilli Company came about in 2001 from a decision to turn a hobby into a business venture. The range has been inspired by visits to Mexico, Texas & New Mexico as well as the Chilli Pepper institute in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

In 2005 the company grew and an old barn in Suffolk was converted into the new Chilli Farm and Mexican restaurant which has since been turned into a Café. All of the chillies used in the Chilli Company’s recipes are home-grown in Cornwall giving great flavour and variety to their sauces.
