I was sceptical at first over getting fresh cream delivered however I can reassure all it arrives beautiful as if from the fridge

The cost of delivery includes a standard hard wearing and attractive Simply Cornish Hampers branded carton and the the packaging needed to protect the hamper contents. We use professional couriers who will handle the delivery with the care and attention you deserve.
*Please note orders containing cream, cheese, scones or pasties placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on the following Monday to ensure they arrive fresh.
How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be available for next day delivery. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Request a delivery date (nominated delivery)
For those special occasions we can deliver your order on a date of your choice (excluding Sundays & Mondays). You can specify this during the checkout stage of your order.
Our couriers will keep you up to date via email and SMS text on the status of your order and you can easily change the delivery date after we have dispatched your order by following the links in the email from DPD who are our courier.
DPD Predict & Parcel Tracking
Our courier has an industry leading parcel predict and tracking service which enables you to track your delivery to a 15-minute scheduled delivery slot.
Enter a mobile number during checkout and DPD will text message you with a 1-hour delivery slot.
If this delivery slot is not convenient, they provide a range of options including:
Non-mainland UK delivery
We can now deliver to non-mainland UK addresses including Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands for £13.75.

Shipping to multiple addresses
It is now possible to send hampers to multiple addresses quickly and easily from a single order. At present this option is available for orders containing ready made hampers only.
Fresh & Frozen produce
We do not recommend fresh items to be sent for a Monday delivery as they leave our premises on a Friday and will be in transit or at a holding depot over the weekend. In general, most bakery items should be consumed within 7 days of the despatch date and also cream within 7 days. As for pasties, as we send these out frozen these need to be cooked within 72hrs of dispatch. Of course the BBE dates do vary but the above should be considered prior to your commitment to buy. If you are in any doubt, please contact us prior to ordering.
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the despatch date although this will incur a small administration charge. If you are not completely happy with your hamper, please contact us to arrange return within 24 hours. The full value of the hamper will be refunded on receipt of undamaged/in date goods excluding postage.
If goods are returned to us via the courier following unsuccesful delivery attempts and where delivery instructions have been met, refunds will not be given. In these circumstances the customer may request for the goods to be re-sent. This would incur the standard delivery charge and would not cover any spoilt perishable goods. Simply Cornish Hampers will not make any administration charge for dealing with these cases.
We pride ourselves on the high level of customer care that Simply Cornish Hampers provides. However, we will take complaints very seriously and have strict procedures in place to ensure that they are dealt with fairly and effectively.

We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within a maximum of 48 hours, providing a resolution to the complaint or at the very least a timescale for such resolution (you will of course be kept fully informed of its progress if this is the case).
