Furniss Cornish Fairings

John Cooper Furniss's original recipe is for a lightly spiced biscuit dates back to the late 1880's. Cornish people have loved Fairings for more than a century.
It was originally a present bought at the fairs (hence the name) which were held in the county every year at Whitsuntide and Corpus Christi.
We have a selection of four delicious flavours to choose from:
Apple and Cinnamon
A warm and sweet biscuit with subtle apple and cinnamon flavours. A must try for those who like Original Fairings.
Orange and Lemon
A delicious biscuit which captures the spirit of the old Cornish fairs. Crunchy biscuits with tangy orange and lemon flavours.
Stem Ginger and Honey
A Cornish take on the classic, if you are a fan of ginger biscuits then you'll love these. Includes chewy stem ginger and smooth honey flavours.
Original Fairings Spiced Crunch - Winner of Great Taste Award 2011!
Furniss are the only bakery licensed to make Original Cornish Fairings. Still made to the original recipe from the 1880's. A crunchy bisuit with a light gingery taste and that highly addictive melt in the mouth quality.
All flavours are 200g.
