Cornish Chilli Sauce

Some like it hot! This little beauty is made from cayenne chillis, local apples and Cornish vinegar. Classic Chilli sauce is packed full of flavour but has enough heat to be amusing.  

Add some classic chilli sauce to your soups, stews or as dip for vegetables and crisps, also pour on fillings to perk up the most humble of sandwiches. Drip all over your chips, use as a grilling sauce for meat, or another favourite: over ice cream!
