Kingfisher Pineapple Cucumber Sweet Chilli Sauce

Kingfisher is made from pineapple, corriander and cucumber along with green jalapenos, this dipping sauce has a fresh clean taste that is outstanding with fresh fish such as salmon, turbot or cod. We find that this sauce is also fantastic with a really hot curry, mixed in straight from the bottle.

Kingfisher is a hot, sticky and sweet dipping sauce made from fresh pineapple, cucumber and coriander. Delicious on the side with poached tuna stakes or crab cakes.

This sauce is also an ideal companion to any curry and can be added during or after cooking.
