The Pilchard Works are situated in Newlyn, which is near Penzance in Cornwall and is home to the busiest and largest fishing port in England.

They only use the finest fish from the waters surrounding West Cornwall, which have been caught by local boats using a combination of traditional and modern fishing technologies.

The Pilchard Works then prepare these fish to unique Breton recipes, and package them in the oldest sardine cannery in the world.
