As good as Champagne

A delicious drink which is on a par with many champagnes. I would certainly recommend it for weddings and other celbrations.

Polgoon Aval Sparkling Cider

Serve chilled as you would champagne and celebrate the Cornish Way! Aval is the Cornish word for Apple and Polgoon Aval is made from selected English apples, the fruit is pressed and fermented to produce a light dry cider. The 'Methode Traditionelle' of secondary bottle fermentation is then used. The end result is a refined sparkling cider, to be enjoyed with lunch, light foods, shellfish, lazy Cornish days, friends and family.
Vol: 75cl
ABV: 7%
Raspberry - Another Cornish sparkling cider with the addition of raspberries,a great aperitif, with the fruit and colour from the raspberries. Recent winner of Taste of the West Gold Medal 2009,and runner up in the National Drinks awards.
