Sparkling - Polgoon Raspberry Aval
Serve chilled as you would champagne and celebrate the Cornish Way! Our pink version has a zing of raspberries made by infusing wonderful Aval with fresh raspberry juice. The 'Methode Traditionelle' of secondary bottle fermentation is then used. The end result is a refined sparkling apple 'champagne' with a light mousse and a delightful rosè colour. Perfect to enjoy with your valentine.
