Rose Petal is a medium sweet, intensely aromatic rose’, with a superb fragrant flavour. Serve chilled with ice or mixed with soda water 12.5%
Pear is a refreshing dry white wine. Bright , fresh, clean and crisp. Excellent aperitif and suitable accompaniment to pasta, pork and poultry dishes. Served chilled or mixed with soda water for a ‘Pear Spritzer’ 13%
Elderberry is a full bodied ruby red. Made using local hand picked berries and fermented on the fruit as tradition insists. A fantastic red for all meat dishes 13%
