Thank you for dealing so quickly with my order, although the goods have not been sampled as they are a Christmas present for my mother they look very tempting. The items were very well packaged and nothing broke. I purchased a small black box for the goods which has a magnetic lid and at £3.15 I think this is a bargain as it looks very expensive, I think the box is quite big and very well made, the jams and pickles purchased look really good when displayed in the box, I am impressed with how the whole present looks.

Just thought I'd drop you a quick line to thank you for your efforts to sort out  my hamper delivery, .the hamper did make it on Christmas Eve as you had said it would.  People in general are very quick to complain and kick up a fuss when things go wrong but they're not so forthcoming when someone makes the effort to try and put things right and get things sorted out for them.  So, to try and redress the balance. thank you very very much and I hope you have a lovely Christmas and best wishes for the new year.
