Terms & Conditions
Customer satisfaction is paramount to us all at Simply Cornish and we are committed to providing a quality service. Everything we sell is Made in Cornwall and we are proud to promote some of the finest produce available in the region.
Products and packaging are subject to change without prior notice. In this event, we will offer a replacement which will be of equal or higher value.
It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 years to buy or attempt to buy alcohol. We therefore ask you during the ordering process to confirm you meet this requirement.
Delivery
All orders received before noon Monday to Thursday will be available for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday. Saturday deliveries are possible but will incur an additional charge. To ensure utmost freshness, please allow 5 working days for delivery of any hamper containing fish or cheese.
We use an excellent courier who will require a signature on delivery, if you or the recipient are unlikely to be home you might prefer to use a work address. Alternatively, you/they may be carded leading to possible delays or, in the worst case, having to collect from your/their nearest depot. In the unlikely event that delivery is delayed, due to no fault of our own, Simply Cornish Hampers can not accept responsibility.
On receipt of your order, the courier details and parcel tracking reference number will be emailed to you. You will then be able to track the parcel to avoid any potential probelms with delivery and to avoid disappointment.
The couriers are responsible for Goods in Transit. If for any reason the couriers misplace a parcel, Simply Cornish Hampers will offer you a complete replacement.
Delivery Zones
All areas in the UK including Northern Ireland (please note Northern Ireland may take up to 5 working days). For orders outside UK mainland, there are restrictions and import duties involved on certain produce so we respectfully ask you to contact us prior to ordering.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order up to 48 hours prior to the despatch date although this will incur a small administration charge.
Returns/Refunds
If you are not completely happy with your hamper, please contact us to arrange return. The full value of the hamper will be refunded on receipt of undamaged goods.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, JCB, Visa Electron and American Express. If paying by cheque, please allow 5 working days from receipt of payment for the cheque to clear as orders cannot be despatched without clearance. All prices include VAT at the current rate and a VAT receipt is available on request.
