To guarantee pre-Christmas Delivery, please place your order by 9am Wednesday 19th December 2018.
For orders placed after 9am Wednesday 19th December 2018 where no specified delivery date is selected, please see schedule below for our Christmas delivery dates.

|Between midday Thursday 27/12/18 – midday Friday 28/12/18.||Delivery will occur on Thursday 03/01/19.|
|Between midday Friday 28/12/18 – midday Wednesday 02/01/19.||Delivery will occur on Thursday 03/01/19 (unless Saturday delivery was selected for orders placed before midday Friday 28/12/18).|
|After midday Wednesday 2nd January 2019.||Delivery will be back to our usual rules, detailed below.|

The cost of delivery includes a standard hard wearing and attractive Simply Cornish Hampers branded carton and the the packaging needed to protect the hamper contents. We use professional couriers who will handle the delivery with the care and attention you deserve.
*Please note orders containing cream, cheese, scones or pasties placed on Friday after 12pm will be dispatched on the following Monday to ensure they arrive fresh. For express shipping, a hamper frequently takes 1-3 days to arrive at it’s destination. Most often, domestic express delivery arrives the following day. This however, cannot be guaranteed and may take up to 3 working days.
How quickly will my order arrive?
All orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be available for same day dispatch. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Requesting a delivery date (nominated delivery)
For those special occasions we will endeavor to deliver your order on the preferred date of your choice (excluding Sundays & Mondays). Please specify this when you complete your order.
Our couriers will keep you up to date via email and SMS text on the status of your order and you can easily change the delivery date after we have dispatched your order by following the links in the email from DPD who are our courier.
DPD Predict & Parcel Tracking
Our courier has an industry leading parcel predict and tracking service which enables you to track your delivery to a 15-minute scheduled delivery slot.
Enter a mobile number during checkout and DPD will text message you with a 1-hour delivery slot.
If this delivery slot is not convenient, they provide a range of options including:
- Change delivery date
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Leave the parcel in a safe place specified by you
- Change the delivery to a local DPD pick up shop
- Upgrade your delivery to a earlier delivery slot, or move to it to a Saturday or Sunday
Picking and Packing Video
All hampers are carefully wrapped and packed to prevent breakage. The video below shows how excellently all orders are presented.
Non-mainland UK delivery
We can now deliver to non-mainland UK addresses including Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, N. Ireland and Scottish Highlands for £13.75.
Delivery times to non-mainland UK addresses are as follows:
- Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland – 2 working days
- Scottish Islands – 2 – 5 working days
- Isles of Scilly – 2 – 5 working days
- Isle of Man – 2 working days.
Fresh & Frozen produce
We do not recommend fresh items to be sent for a Monday delivery as they leave our premises on a Friday and will be in transit or at a holding depot over the weekend. In general, most bakery items should be consumed within 7 days of the dispatch date and also cream within 7 days. As for pasties, as we send these out frozen these need to be cooked within 72hrs of dispatch. Of course the BBE dates do vary but the above should be considered prior to your commitment to buy. If you are in any doubt, please contact us prior to ordering.
Will I need to sign for my order?
A signature will be required on delivery unless you have given alternative instructions. If the package cannot be delivered, our couriers will try again the next day. A total of three delivery attempts will be made.
In the unlikely event that the delivery is delayed, due to no fault of our own, Simply Cornish Hampers cannot accept responsibility. If you have an email address we will contact you with a parcel tracking number so you can track the parcel to avoid any potential problems with delivery and to avoid disappointment. You may also receive a text message from the courier if you have provided us with a mobile number. The couriers are responsible for Goods in Transit but if for any reason the couriers misplace a parcel, Simply Cornish Hampers will offer you a complete replacement.
